About the role:
- Remote based
- Direct Client Training
- Handle Inbound and Outbound Calls
- Assist with answering customer inquiries
- Provide Email Support to customers
- Answer Live chat using the tawk.to platform
Qualifications:
- Must have work experience in a similar role
- Must have great English skills: writing and speaking
- A good communicator
- Passion for customer service
- CSR BPO experience preferred
- Excellent work ethic
- Reliable Internet connection
