We are looking for a UI Developer to innovate, win and grow with us as part of our highly skilled and dedicated UI Development group. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with multiple innovative teams, coordinate complex product integrations, and contribute to many of Bottomline’s key platforms as we continue to deliver intelligent systems of engagement.
This position can be onsite or remote within the United States.
How you’ll contribute:
- New feature development on an Agile/Scrum team; provide clear communication of Scrum activities on a regular basis
- Helping to keep our development best practices up to date
- Participation in code reviews
- Provide effort and risk estimates to support planning
- Creation of prototypes and POCs to drive the future state of Bottomline’s key platforms
- Collaboration with product designers and UX
- Act as a key stakeholder in Bottomline’s UI Design system
What will make you successful:
- Strong UI Development background
- 2-3+ years of experience building React applications
- Strong JavaScript knowledge, both ES5 and ES6+, with an emphasis on functional programming
- A strong proponent of clean, valid, maintainable, and semantically correct HTML and CSS
- A strong understanding of Responsive Design principles
- Experience writing unit and integration tests
- Working experience with WCAG 2.1 Level A and AA success criteria
- Experience with Agile methodology
- Experience managing CI/CD is a plus
- Experience with Backbone/Marionette is a plus
