Gooten is a technology company that enables eCommerce businesses to easily access high-quality, global, on-demand manufacturing. We give businesses the tools to create products to sell online and manage orders across a multitude of stores and sales channels. Businesses powered by Gooten can source and identify new products and trends, run promotions, and track analytics on new and repeat purchasers, while focusing business efforts on what drives revenues – creating, developing and marketing brands and products.
By joining Gooten, you will become part of a global team that is dedicated to increasing company efficiency and revenue through design optimization and brand value.
Your role:
As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager reporting directly to the CMO, you will create and execute lifecycle marketing strategies designed to influence the enterprise sales pipeline. - Partner with Gooten’s paid media team to develop landing pages to acquire new leads from inbound traffic and constantly optimize based on conversion rates and cost of acquisition
- Develop an audience segmentation strategy and drive opportunities to grow the database
- Work with brand and content teams to research, strategize, design and manage tactics in the overall marketing mix, based on a buyer’s journey, to increase engagement, response rates and conversion of enterprise clients
- Create campaign KPIs, goals and objectives, and campaign briefs to support execution and implementation, including nurture strategies that incorporate digital retargeting, organic, inbound and outbound
- Manage key conversion points in the marketing funnel, including landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead-generating forms. A/B test and continually measure the performance of these conversion assets

- Monitor performance, develop insights, make recommendations and implement optimizations across MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, content, channels, and campaigns. Iterate on a continuous basis.
- Work closely with Business Operations and Technology teams to ensure data is syncing seamlessly in Hubspot for accurate and up-to-date attribution, lead management, and reporting.
