TAG is currently seeking a proactive and passionate UX/UI/Product Designer for remote contract work.
In this role you will be responsible for creating world-class web and product designs from start to finish.
Applicants should have proven ability to use best-in-class design processes, principles, and trends as well as an ability to work fast and manage our own time. We are looking for energetic and talented candidates that have a portfolio of standout work. Major brands are a plus, but the perfect candidate sees not where a brand is, but where they can take them.
WORK:
Concepting and designing medium to large scale web projects from start to finish under the guidance of the Creative Director, Art Director and in collaboration with Strategy team
Create and maintain design deliverables
Expert knowledge of Adobe CC, Sketch, InVision, Figma
Extremely adept time management for this 100% remote role
Strong interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders
The ability to pivot and adjust to a constantly changing environment

YOU:
Minimum of 3 years agency experience in a web, visual, UI/UX design role
US Based applicants only. Must be available during normal working hours PST or EST, balancing projects is fine but this role cannot be done if you have another full time job.
A portfolio of beautiful, smart, strategic web-based design deliverables
Ability to create strong comps and prototypes for client presentations in a variety of prototyping programs (we use sketch, invision and figma)
Ability to successfully present and communicate great design, smart ideas and good decisions to project team and client stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working with developers
Great work ethic and accountability
A detail-oriented, creative and strategic approach to project work while possessing strong time management in a fast-paced environment
If not always mobile first, at least mobile forward.
BONUS:
Animation/Prototyping skills
Previous experience with CMS (Drupal, Shopify)
Proficiency in Keynote, Google Slides
Branding experience
Social media experience
