Key responsibilities

  • Monitoring and response to all incoming brand mentions
  • Maintain a reaction time of maximum 3h
  • Quick processing of negative online mentions to avoid further escalation
  • Managing external PR agency
  • Reporting & statistic gathering

Job requirements

  • Ability to work with a settled schedule to cover mentions worldwide
  • Highly developed written social communications skills
  • Tech Savvy
  • Interested in Digital Marketing & SEO
  • Passion for online community development
