SharpSpring is seeking freelance web & graphic designers to help create digital and print collateral assets for interaction between the company, our customers, and prospective customers. These individuals will design, refine, and implement new marketing materials. They will also help maintain our existing branding and print materials including our website.
We are looking for candidates with outstanding design skills and high attention to detail. Candidates should be well versed with HTML, CSS and WordPress, best practices and industry-standard software.
A weekly commitment of 5-10 (or more) hours is required, and availability during normal working hours is preferred.
The Person
- BA/BS or equivalent degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or related discipline and 5+ years work experience in a related field
- Outstanding digital portfolio with examples of web-based and print work (Link to an online portfolio is required)
- The aptitude to explain technical hurdles and recommendations to peers as well as executive-level stakeholders
- Expert level proficiency working with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and modern web design principles
- Experience managing WordPress websites
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Jira, Basecamp) and agile project management a plus
- Experience designing for conversion a plus
- Experience with marketing automation and/or email design software (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce, MailChimp) a plus
- Experience designing for SaaS companies a plus
- Experience with video and/or VFX editing a plus
