We are seeking a passionate, progressive Creative Design Manager to manage our brand vision and creative assets across UX, print & digital design and brand identity disciplines. As Creative Design Manager, you will elevate and continue to evolve the brand aesthetics. You will be responsible for creative across numerous mediums including, direct mail, email, website updates, landing pages, campaigns, social media, presentations, and more. You will manage the creative and content development in partnership with marketing channel managers, business leaders, and others. You will lead and ensure compliance with PHH Mortgage’s brand style guidelines internally and externally as needed with freelance designers and partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop dynamic brand and creative guidelines that drive the continual growth and promotion of PHH Mortgage’s name
  • Establish the entire creative approach, including copywriting, graphics and design across a variety of marketing and sales mediums
  • Develop creative and innovative campaign concepts that connect with our audience and brand
  • Seamlessly represent brand essence by working cross-functionally with internal Marketing, Sales, and Operational teams to ensure consistency and quality of brand experience at every touch point
  • Provide leadership within the creative team by reviewing creative work and giving strategic feedback
  • Evaluate trends, assess new data, and keep up to date with the latest marketing techniques

Requirements:

  • 7+ years’ experience in creative marketing (design, art, digital)
  • Experience in digital marketing creative best practices for delivering customer-focused communications that grab/earn the customer’s attention
  • Expertise in holistic digital engagement across all channels, platforms, and devices – especially mobile
  • Expert level experience in working with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
