Digital Trends is seeking several freelance copy editors with a passion for consumer products of all kinds.
This is a freelance position with about 25 hours per week of available work. We’d like it to become a consistent, long-term working relationship if we’re satisfied with your work.
- We’re currently looking for competent copy editors to review commerce stories, as well as regularly updated evergreen articles on topics ranging from lifestyle to tech and others in between to support our sister sites.
- An exhaustive knowledge of the English language, Associated Press style, and grammar are a must, as is the ability to carefully review and correct copy in a timely manner.
- The ideal candidate already has experience writing, editing, and fact-checking online, as well as the ability to turn around airtight copy quickly and reliably while using excellent editorial judgment.
- The ability to work with and mentor writers is also a plus.
