We’re looking for a remote content writer to develop blog & e-commerce related content in the adult niche. To qualify for this role you must be comfortable writing content about explicit topics within the adults niche (i.e. adult toys etc.)
For each article you write, you will receive the following brief:
- Content length required
- Keywords to use
- Internal links to include
We brief our writers using Surfer SEO – a content optimisation tool, and all content written will need to meet minimum optimisation standards in Surfer SEO (a score of 75/100 and above). We will also require the following for each article developed:
1. Use of a premium Grammarly account using Australian English (not Amercian English, this is very important). We can provide you access to this tool and we will pay the costs for this
2. Each content piece needs to be ran through Copyscape plagiarism checker and submitted with the completed article, ensuring that the content duplication (content duplication must be no greater than 5%)
We are looking for full-time writers, who can commit to this project long-term – although are also interested in hearing from people who would like to work in a part-time capacity.
Your work will be helping us launch a new e-commerce brand in Australia in the adult niche – a project where we are looking for people with a genuine passion for the industry and a desire to build a long-term partnership with us.
We are based in Brisbane, Australia, however, this is a fully remote full and we are happy to take applications from anywhere in the world.
Skills:
- Experience writing content in the adult niche is desirable
- You can write compelling, engaging content in native Australian/English
- Ideally, you would have experience writing content for an Australian brand – if you do, please share some sample work with us to review with your application
- You understand the importance of organic search and SEO
- You have experience writing content for SEO purposes (and ideally, have experience using a tool like Surfer SEO)
- You have good attention to detail and proofing skills
- You’re looking to learn and develop your career
Working conditions:
- Completely flexible work hours – choose your own hours. As long as work is completed and submitted according to the deadlines you set for yourself, we are happy
- Remuneration is between $20-$30 per 1000 words (dependent on skill level)
- No limit to the number of words you can commit to a day. If you want to write 10,000 words a day and earn between $200-$300 USD per day, we can offer you that. However, if you can only manage 2k words a day, and earn $40-$60 USD per day, that’s fine as well. Please keep in mind that we will have strict quality control measures in place to ensure the content produced is up to standard.
